Health & Wellbeing Club – Helping & Supporting You to Improve Yourself

Come and join our Monthly ‘Health and Wellbeing Club’  

You’re very welcome to join us if you want to: 

  • Make a positive change to your life and those around you
  • Share your personal experiences and ideas within a friendly welcoming atmosphere
  • Access regular speakers, workshops and activities such as: Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques, Dealing with Emotions, Stress, Tai Chi, Yoga, Health Trainers
  • Meet other people in a similar situation to yourself healthwise
  • Build up your confidence and motivation through group encouragement and support
  • Learn about services and opportunities in your community

Who is Eligible?

  • Anyone with a disability, long term health condition, or are a carer
  • Aged 18 or over

When does, the group meet?

Usually the 1st Friday of each month (Exact dates may change occasionally) – see the attached 2017 Calendar Dates Flyer for full details.

Where does the group meet?

The group is held at Our Office in Lillie Road, Fulham, SW6 7SR.

Accessibility:

  • Fully accessible facilities inside and out
  • Good public transport links

If you would like to contribute a activity or host a session yourself, please let us know and we can help you arrange it. 

Cost

Each month we ask group members for £2 towards resources, equipment and refreshments.

Membership:

Each Group Member will recieve a Membership Badge and Welcome Pack.
