Administration Officer

Location: North Fulham (Hammersmith & Fulham)

Salary: £21,000 a year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

 

The role

Action on Disability are looking for an experienced Administration Officer with a proven track record of administration work.

 

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy team, where no two days are the same, to ensure the Action on Disability office runs efficiently and smoothly.

 

You will be responsible for making sure our office facilities are maintained, liaising with contractors and providers, organising and maintaining our administrative systems, providing administrative and organisational support to the team, volunteers and the Finance Assistant, while also being responsible for managing health and safety in the office.

 

You will need experience of working in a busy team environment, with ability to manage various and changing priorities, with a ‘can-do’ attitude to make sure things are done.  You must be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to communication effectively in in writing and person.
