Travel Connect – Apply for Disabled Transport Concessions

AoD Connect (Peer Support Project) would like to let disabled people living in Hammersmith and Fulham about our existing service called ‘Travel Connect’

What is the purpose of this service?

If anyone is interested in knowing more about / applying for any of the following travel related services:

  • Blue Badge
  • Dial-A-Ride
  • Disabled Persons Railcard
  • Freedom Pass
  • Taxicard Scheme

We can advise you about:

  • Am I eligible for certain concessions?
  • You just questions about travelling around London as a disabled person.

Please Note: This service does not include ‘DLA, PIP, ESA’ applications. These applications can be done through Action on Disability’s Welfare Benefits team.
