The Disabled People’s Commission in Hammersmith & Fulham is holding two events in April and May 2017 to look at ways of improving the day to day lives of disabled people across the Borough. Please see attached poster.

About the Commission: The Commission is made up of ten local disabled residents who believe that positive change cannot really happen without disabled people leading the way.
